April 15^th, 2022 : Closing abstracts submission 

Conference fees

Student / PhD / Postdoctoral fellow : 500 € * ; Academic : 600 € * ; Non academic : 700 € *

* The fees include full board accommodation and "coffee breaks".

Registration 

1. Fill in the registration form.

2. Validation of your registration by an organiser (confirmation by email).

3. Finalise your registration by paying the amount (by bank transfer or purchase order).

Please send your purchase order to david.gatineau@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr, specifying the name and adress of your laboratory as well as the name and adress of the billing organism. Students (masters and PhD) will send a copy of the student card and postdocs will send an attestation from their supervisor.

Information on abstracts and communications 

Abstracts should be written in English according to the available template and submitted in the "Submission" section following the instructions. During the conference, the use of English is strongly recommended for the understanding of all, but remains optional.

Whenever possible, GECOM-CONCOORD encourages students and post-doctoral fellows to request an oral presentation.
